The Rogue Monster Single Leg Roller 2.0 is a rack-mounted foam roller attachment built exclusively for Rogue’s Monster 3x3” line of racks, rigs, and squat stands. It’s used to anchor a single leg or knee for exercises like Bulgarian split squats, back extensions, and preacher curls, or as a knee-lock point during lat pull-downs. Version 2.0 updates the original with a longer 16” vinyl-covered EPDM foam pad, custom in-house-machined shaft collars with locking set screws, and a patent-pending knurled screw-on nut that lets you mount, remove, and reposition the roller by hand – no wrench needed. Each roller is assembled in Columbus, Ohio and attaches via a 1” threaded steel rod that tightens directly against the upright, which independent hands-on coverage credits with eliminating the play found in competitors’ hitch-pin mounting systems.

What is a Rack Attachment?

What rack attachments are

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.

Compatibility comes first

An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The Monster Single Leg Roller 2.0’s standout is functionality: unlike competitors’ hitch-pin mounts, its threaded stem and knurled knob let you tighten it down with no play, which is the reason at least one buyer chose it over cheaper alternatives despite paying roughly 2.5x REP’s leg roller. It works as advertised for split squats and as a knee anchor during lat pull-downs. Build quality is the weakest dimension by the only detailed independent account found – both units one reviewer purchased arrived with cosmetic edge damage and a discolored knurled knob, though he hadn’t put the roller under load yet when he reported it. Durability and long-term value are largely unverified: no source has used it for an extended period, and at $130 each it remains one of the pricier options on the market for what it does.

  • Functionality: Exclusive to Rogue's Monster 3x3" line -- not compatible with other rack lines (Rogue Fitness)
