Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
The Revolt Pulley System is a rack-mounted attachment that converts a compatible power rack into a lat pulldown, low row, and general cable station without requiring a dedicated machine or extra floor space. It bolts directly to the rack’s uprights – rather than hanging from a pull-up bar – so it stays fixed instead of swinging during use. The trolley and pulley height adjust via the rack’s existing hole pattern, and the weight horns are removable so the rack can still be used normally for squats, bench press, and other lifts. Beyond lat pulldowns and rows, it supports cable exercises like bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, and flies. Sold as an upper pulley set alone, or as an upper-plus-lower pulley set that adds a low row pulley and a second cable.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The Revolt Pulley System bolts a lat pulldown, low row, and general cable station onto an existing power rack, and both hands-on reviewers who’ve covered it come away recommending it – especially for anyone tight on space or budget. Functionality is the standout: it’s fixed directly to the rack posts rather than hung from a pull-up bar, so it doesn’t develop the swinging/momentum problems of hanging pulley systems, and reviewers report smooth, quiet operation with a full range of motion for lat pulldowns, rows, curls, and tricep pushdowns. Build quality is the weakest dimension – one reviewer’s unit arrived with the hardware loose in the box and scratches on both pulleys from in-transit shipping damage, and both reviewers agree it feels noticeably less sturdy than a standalone lat pulldown/low row machine, getting you “80-85% there” rather than matching one outright.
