Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
The Rogue Multi-Use Rack Roller is a heavy-duty rack attachment built around a 41” long, 6” diameter revolving pad that mounts across a Monster Series rack. It’s designed to replace several single-purpose accessories at once: a knee catch for center-mount lat pulldowns, a rounded stand-in for the square Rogue hip thruster pad, an elevated footrest for Bulgarian split squats and Nordic curls, and a padded bar for hip thrusts and glute-ham raises. The pad revolves freely to cut friction against the body during dynamic movements, and offset adjustment holes give 1” vertical increments on racks with standard 2” hole spacing. It installs or comes off in seconds with detent pins, and ships in Monster (3x3” uprights, 1” hardware) and Monster Lite (3x3” uprights, 5/8” hardware) versions.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

A single revolving-pad attachment that replaces several dedicated accessories at once, and independent coverage agrees it’s one of Rogue’s better rack add-ons. Versatility is the standout dimension — Garage Gym Reviews calls it “one of the best accessories they’ve come out with,” praising it as a superior, rounded-pad replacement for the square Rogue hip thruster pad while also covering lat pulldown leg holds, Nordic curls, and Bulgarian split squats, a range GymRadar owners echo (Build Quality 4.88/5). Value is the weakest dimension — at $345-360, reviewers on both GymRadar (Value 4.00/5, its lowest subscore) and video call it “pricey” or “somewhat expensive,” and one owner adds that its robust ~31 lb build makes it awkward to mount, align, and store compared to lighter dedicated attachments.
