Built with quality in mind, this barbell features superior construction with super smooth rotating sleeves that have a finely grooved pattern to help hold plates and collars securely, and a special black coating on the center area for good knurling feel and good corrosion resistance. Dual guide marks for Olympic or Powerlifting style training. Bar is made with a good balance of rigidity and some whip for all around training.
