Standard weight benches take up a lot of space - but not our flat folding weight bench! Sitting only inches from the wall when stored, our patented weight bench is sleek when folded up, and super sturdy when folded out. Once mounted to the wall, there's no special trick to use the weight bench. Simply pull it out and you're ready to lift. To store, fold the weight bench back onto the wall with one motion. What a flat bench is

A flat bench is a fixed, horizontal bench for pressing, rows, hip thrusts, and dumbbell work. Because nothing pivots, a good flat bench is rock-solid and low — often more stable and cheaper than an adjustable, which is why many lifters own both. Competition flat benches match the 17-in IPF pad height for powerlifting.

What to look for

A wide, firm pad (11–12 in) that supports your shoulders without being so wide it limits arm drive, a stable wide or tripod base, a high weight capacity, and sturdy 11-gauge steel. Pad grippiness matters more than you’d think for heavy benching.
