Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
The Rear Base Stabilizer adds serious stability to your power rack. It also makes a fine seat to ponder the deepest questions in life like, "Is sumo really cheating?" The Hydra version fits the Hydra power rack line-up and select non-B.o.S. 49-inch wide racks with true 3" x 3" uprights & 1" holes - with two of those uprights holes spaced 6" apart. The Manticore version fits the Manticore power rack line-up and select non-B.o.S. 49-inch wide racks with true 3" x 3" uprights & 1-inch holes - with two of those uprights holes spaced 6" apart.
Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.
