Built for compatibility with most Rogue Monster Lite rigs/racks, our Rig Mount Parallel Bars give athletes a dynamic new way to incorporate one of the longtime staples of bodyweight training into their regimen. The full system features a convenient bolt-together design, with mounting brackets that can be adjusted not only for height, but to widen the space between the bars 18.5" , 20" , 23" , 27.5" (adjustable). This makes the Parallel Bars adaptable to athletes of virtually any size and experience, with functionality as a tool for dips, push-ups, V-sits and L-sits, planches, and much more.
