Unique design combining the weight of a heavy rope with the fluidity of a light rope. Center gives air resistance and weight; ends and handles provide smooth, flowing movement. Developed by WeckMethod Programming Director’s six-year-old son—an innovative “best idea wins” design. Enhances RopeFlow, timing, and total-body integration exercises. 2.1lb weight / 0.5inch diameter / 8.5 feet length (braided middle portion is 5 feet long and 1.5inch diameter).
