Rogue Echo Squat Stand 2.0

Rogue’s S-2 Squat Stand 2.0 is the successor to the original Echo/ES-1 squat stand, keeping the same compact 48” x 48” footprint but stepping up to a taller 92” frame, 2x3” 11-gauge steel uprights, and Rogue’s Infinity-series Westside hole spacing (1” through the bench and pull zone, 2” above and below). It’s built in Rogue’s Columbus, Ohio facility, tested to a 1,000+ lb load rating, and ships with UHMW-lined J-cups that won’t mark up barbell sleeves – a clear upgrade from the plain plastic cups on the older ES-1.

An adjustable fat/skinny pull-up bar (2” or 1.25”) comes standard and doubles as an 88” pull-up station, and the 2x3” uprights are compatible with the full range of Rogue Infinity attachments – dip bars, a landmine post, plate storage, and an optional yoke conversion kit – so a single stand covers squats, bench, pull-ups, dips, and belt-squat work. It isn’t bolted to the floor, so very heavy accommodating- resistance band work can shift it slightly, and buyers who want resistance-band pegs need to source their own since none are included.
