Rogue Rhino Low Row Attachment

The Rogue Rhino Low Row Attachment adds seated/floor low-row functionality to the Rhino Belt Squat platform, replacing the old workaround of routing a cable up to the lat pulldown and back down to a bolt-on attachment. A front keyhole plate bolts to the Rhino (two bolts, no other tools) and the low row unit itself slides on and off in under a minute, pulling the cable directly from the side for a straight, unimpinged path. The integrated tread plate offers 8 pin positions and adjusts from roughly 11” to 18” from the platform face, and the attachment is compatible with every Rogue Rhino Belt Squat platform, including the original first-generation Rhino. It uses the same aluminum pulley system as Rogue’s Rhino Functional Trainer and is Made in the U.S.A. with imported pulleys; the attachment must be removed from the platform when not in use.

Pulleys Aluminum (same system as the Rogue Rhino Functional Trainer)

What is a Rack Attachment?

What rack attachments are

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.

Compatibility comes first

An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The Rhino Low Row Attachment fixes a real annoyance on the Rogue Rhino Belt Squat: instead of routing a cable up to the lat pulldown and back down to a bolt-on attachment, it pulls straight from the side through a tool-free keyhole mount that installs in under a minute. Functionality is the standout dimension – an independent editorial review and a hands-on YouTube teardown both confirm a smooth, direct pull path and debunk online claims that it doesn’t fit the original Rhino platform. Value is the weakest dimension: at $340 ($382+ delivered), several of Rogue’s own buyers call it pricey for a single-purpose add-on, and one flags short cable travel that takes extra effort to thread. Durability is unproven – the attachment only shipped in mid-2025, so no source has long-term wear data yet.

  • +Functionality: eliminates the old cable-routing workaround (up to the lat pulldown and back down to a bolt-on attachment) for a direct, side-pull path with no impingement (YouTube: TechLife; homegymstrength.com)
  • +Build quality: aluminum pulleys run buttery smooth and the frame is solid, Made-in-USA steel construction (homegymstrength.com)
  • +Functionality: installs and detaches in under a minute via a tool-free keyhole system, so switching between belt-squat and row setups is fast (homegymstrength.com; Rogue on-site reviewers)
  • +Versatility: adjustable tread plate offers 8 pin positions from roughly 11" to 18" from the platform face, and it's compatible with all Rogue Rhino Belt Squat platforms (manufacturer specs)
  • +Functionality: confirmed to work correctly on the original/first-generation Rhino despite online claims otherwise (YouTube: TechLife firsthand test)
  • Value: at $340 ($382+ delivered), several on-site buyers call it pricey for the relatively small number of exercises it unlocks (Rogue on-site reviewers)
  • Functionality: cable travel is short, requiring extra effort to thread the cable into the pulley on some setups (Rogue on-site reviewer)
  • Versatility: limited to row-style movements and lacks a hook to hang other cable handles when the attachment isn't mounted (Rogue on-site reviewers)
  • Durability: no long-term wear data yet -- the attachment only shipped in mid-2025, so all coverage is early-ownership (across gathered sources)
