Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
The SAML-24 is Rogue’s 24” Monster Lite safety spotter arm, sold in pairs: 3x3” 11-gauge tubing with welded end plates, a UHMW top insert to protect your bar’s knurl, and 5/8” hitch pins that lock into any Monster Lite (5/8”) rack. Pin-in spotter arms give you a bench-press safety net when you don’t want to reposition full safety straps or pins.
They only fit 5/8” Monster Lite uprights — Rogue’s 1”-hardware Spotter Arms are the Monster-series equivalent. For other rack add-ons, see the Dip Station and Leg Roller.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The SAML-24 is the default safety upgrade for any Monster Lite stand — Rogue’s 3x3” 11-gauge arms with a UHMW top pad catch failed reps without flinching, and long-term owners report zero failures after 6-10 years of hard use. Build quality is the standout (4.81/5 across GymRadar’s owner reviews), while the most consistent knock is versatility: reviewers repeatedly cite the arms’ bulk and weight eating up real estate on the upright, plus occasional hole misalignment at certain heights that limits fine adjustment. At $195/pair it’s a fair value next to lighter flip-down alternatives, and pairs naturally with the SML-1 or SML-2 stands.
