The Short Rackable Utility Bar is where portability meets practicality. Whether you're lifting in a broom closet under the stairs (is that you, Harry?) or looking to optimize the usability of your Hydra Trident Station, a short rackable barbell is a saving grace for a space-constrained home gym. We took our best-selling Utility Barbell and literally trimmed some off the top, while still allowing it to be racked in a power rack up to 49 inches wide. This means you also get its most beloved features; versatile 28.5mm diameter, dual knurl markings, centre knurl for better grip on squats, and a durable black zinc coating. We even matched the sleeve finish for an all-black look that'll turn heads. The shorter version is more practical for deadlifts and the Olympic lifts; but with its 900lb capacity and rackable feature, this one takes the cake for squats and bench presses in tight quarters.
