Long Ab Strap
The Dynepic Sports Spiral Strength Dually is a dynamic, dual-grip tricep rope that couples two Spiral Strength grips through a free-spinning aircraft-grade aluminum pulley, letting each handle rotate and move independently instead of moving as one rigid unit. That coupling lets lifters alternate contractions side to side – pressing with one arm while the other holds an isometric hold – for tricep pushdowns, face pulls, and hammer-curl style movements, on top of standard two-handed use. Grips are US-made EPDM rubber shaped thick-to-thin so the hand can find a comfortable taper, paired with a US-made double-braided polyester rope and a stainless steel quicklink. It’s rated for 300 lbs total (150 lbs per grip), assembled in the USA, and patented; it ships in Classic Red or a limited-edition Black.

Cable attachments are the handles and bars that clip to a cable machine, functional trainer, or lat/row station to change the exercise — lat bars, triceps ropes, single-D handles, row/close-grip handles, ankle straps, and more. A small set of them turns one cable stack into dozens of movements.
A rotating swivel or ball-bearing joint keeps the cable from twisting and lets the handle track your arm; comfortable, durable grips (knurled metal, rubber, or coated nylon) survive heavy use; and a standard carabiner or snap fits most machines. Match the attachment to the exercises you actually train rather than buying a giant kit you won’t use.

The Dynepic Sports Spiral Strength Dually’s standout dimension is functionality: its free-spinning coupled-grip design lets lifters alternate isometric holds side to side on pushdowns, face pulls, and curls, and both GymRadar reviewers and independent YouTube unboxings single out the pulley action as smooth and the design as genuinely different from a standard tricep rope. Versatility follows close behind – reviewers use it for triceps, hammer curls, and face pulls alike – though one GymRadar reviewer never found a use for it beyond two-handed pressing. Build quality looks solid on the evidence available (EPDM grips, aluminum pulley, stainless hardware), backed by a 4.64/5 GymRadar build-quality sub-score, but durability is the weakest dimension: no independent editorial or long-term teardown exists for this niche accessory, only first-impression reviews. Value is mixed – most reviewers call it worth the price, but at least one found it overpriced for a single-purpose attachment, and a cheaper Amazon version of the same idea exists.
