Spud, Inc bands are here. The classic yellow color with a band quality you have come to trust over the years. We made it easy to designate the bands with the sizes on them. From mini to strong, from rehab to PR, Spud, Inc. bands have got your back. This band measures 1/4″ wide, 4.5 mm thick and 41″ in length. It offers resistance from 2-15 lbs. This band provides our lowest level of resistance and is great for mobility work. This band should not be used as a pull up resistance band but rather for light mobility work as well as rehab and prehab.

Resistance bands are elastic loops or tubes that add variable resistance — hardest at full stretch. Continuous latex loops are the most versatile: they assist pull-ups, add “accommodating resistance” to barbell lifts (bands make the top of a rep harder, where you’re strongest), and double as mobility tools. Resistance scales with band width, so most people buy a set. Quality is about the latex and layering — cheap bands snap and sting.
