Long Ab Strap
Kensui’s Swissies V2 is a clip-on neutral-grip attachment: hook it onto a pull-up bar, barbell, cable machine, or resistance band and it turns that station into a hammer-grip setup in seconds. A rubber-lined hook grips the bar without slipping or scratching it, a 32mm knurled handle holds even when sweaty, and a built-in carabiner loop lets it clip straight onto cable stacks and bands with no adapter. Compared to the original Swissies, the V2 has a wider hook opening that fits bars up to 2” (50mm) in diameter, and it’s rated to 800 lb at under a pound and a half for the pair.
Reviewers use it across neutral-grip pull-ups and chin-ups, deadlifts (trap-bar feel on a straight barbell), cable rows and pulldowns, machine work, and band training, and both independent editorial reviews found land firmly positive. Optional angle modifiers (sold separately) add 15° or 30° semi-pronated/supinated grip positions on top of the stock 90° angle.

Cable attachments are the handles and bars that clip to a cable machine, functional trainer, or lat/row station to change the exercise — lat bars, triceps ropes, single-D handles, row/close-grip handles, ankle straps, and more. A small set of them turns one cable stack into dozens of movements.
A rotating swivel or ball-bearing joint keeps the cable from twisting and lets the handle track your arm; comfortable, durable grips (knurled metal, rubber, or coated nylon) survive heavy use; and a standard carabiner or snap fits most machines. Match the attachment to the exercises you actually train rather than buying a giant kit you won’t use.

Kensui’s Swissies V2 is a compact neutral-grip clip-on attachment — hook it to a pull-up bar, barbell, cable stack, or resistance band for an instant hammer-grip station. Functionality and versatility are the clear standouts: the wider hook opening (vs. the original Swissies) fits bars up to 2” (50mm) in diameter, the built-in carabiner loop drops straight onto cable machines with no adapter, and reviewers use the pair across pull-ups, rows, deadlifts, and machine work. Build quality is solid too — 32mm knurled handles and a rubber-lined hook that reviewers confirm doesn’t slip or mark the bar. The weakest dimension is durability: at under 800lbs-rated but only 1.3lbs a pair, there’s no long-term independent wear data yet for this exact SKU, and a related sibling variant (Swissies SP V2) has one reviewer report the glued-in grip pads coming loose after a few months — worth watching for, though not confirmed on this V2.
