Teton™ Training Bar - 15kg

The 15kg Teton™ training bar is a high-value, Olympic weightlifting barbell. Its steel shaft and sleeves are both plated with nickel, a finish that is tougher than plain chrome, so you get extra resistance to wear and corrosion. Nickel has a unique gold hue and is thin enough to not affect the feel of the knurling. The 15kg bar features a 25mm diameter shaft in compliance with the specifications for female lifters in the International Weightlifting Federation and many functional fitness competitions. The 15kg Teton™ training bar features IWF knurl markings, so you can ensure proper and consistent hand placement for your lifts. It has medium-depth, volcano-pattern knurling for good grip without tearing up your hands during high-rep workouts. Ribbed sleeves keep the plates stable and secure during explosive lifts. This bar features four high-performance needle bearings per sleeve, allowing for a faster, smoother, quieter spin with more reliable turnover for maximum loads, which is a great fit for Olympic-style lifts. This bar has no center knurl and medium whip, and it can handle up to 1,500lbs.
