Texas All American Bar Our most versatile, multi-purpose barbell to date — the Texas All-American Bar is a favorite among Division 1 weight rooms and commercial gyms alike. Ideal for general strength development and compatible with many lifting styles, it features a less aggressive grip than the Original Power Bar to be more forgiving on the hands during higher-rep sets. Built with a 28.5mm diameter shaft and made from 190K PSI tensile strength steel, the 44lbs / 20kg bar features maintenance-free bronze bushings, a 4" center knurl for reliable squat grip, 15" loadable sleeves, dual knurl marks, and measures 86" in length.
