The 3x3 Strip® 2.0

The 3x3 Strip® 2.0 is Rogue’s wall-mounted storage bar for the Monster Lite line — bolt it into wood studs (or concrete, with the right anchors) and it becomes a permanent dock for a Matador, Echo GHD, landmine, kids pull-up bar, or chain hangers, freeing up rack space for attachments that would otherwise sit on the floor or take up a rack station. It’s built from square 3x3” 11-gauge steel tube (not a channel, unlike some competing designs), finished in Rogue’s Texture Black Powdercoat, and made in the USA. It comes in two lengths — a 36” Standard Strip and a 16” Half-Strip — and either can be mounted horizontally or vertically, with multiple Strips installable in series for a custom wall-storage layout.

Hardware is included for wood-stud mounting: the 36” Standard ships with four 3/8” x 2-1/2” wood lags and a 5/8” x 4” detent pin, while the 16” Half-Strip ships with two lags and one detent pin. Side holes (where attachments mount) are spaced 2” on-center on both sizes for fine adjustability. One important compatibility note: this Strip uses 5/8” Monster Lite hardware and is not interchangeable with Rogue’s full-size Monster line, which uses different hole spacing. Rogue is explicit that it’s not rated for drywall or metal-stud mounting alone — a wood stud is the intended anchor point, and the buyer is responsible for sourcing appropriate hardware for any other wall construction.
