The Appalachian Bar features a 32MM diameter cambered shaft made of high-carbon steel, with a moderate knurling pattern, single powerlifting marks, and an oversized center knurl. It also includes self lubricating bushings, 87.5” of shaft length, and 16.5” of loadable sleeve length.
