Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
If you’ve already got a functional trainer rack, like the Dane 2, you can already do lat pulldowns, but the angle can be awkward- you’re not pulling straight from the top and the range of motion is limited. It works… but it’s far from the seamless experience you’d have with a dedicated machine. And dedicated lat pulldown machines take up a lot of space AND will cost a pretty penny. The Drew fixes all of those problems in a simple and space efficient attachment form! Mount it on your upright, connect the cable and hook, and you’ve got a proper lat pulldown machine with no compromise.
Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.
