The TwistLock Pro is Titan Fitness’s patented twist-on, twist-off barbell collar: slide it onto a standard Olympic 50mm barbell sleeve, twist clockwise to lock, and twist counterclockwise to release — no lever, pin, or two-handed squeeze required. The collar is machined aluminum with medium volcano knurling for grip, finished in satin black hard-anodize, and carries built-in neodymium magnets so it snaps onto a power rack upright or crossmember for storage between sets. At 1.42 lb per pair it’s on the lighter side for a metal collar, and it’s sized specifically for standard 50mm Olympic sleeves — it does not fit 48mm axle bars or other specialty-bar sleeves.

Independent reviewers rate it well overall (Garage Gym Reviews: 4.31/5) for its fast, tool-free twist mechanism, solid aluminum build, and magnetic storage convenience, and it held up through repeated hands-on load and drop testing without visible wear. The recurring caveat across reviews is value — at $69.97 it costs more than simple lever or pin collars, and on barbells with spinning sleeves the twist action can be fiddlier than Titan’s marketing suggests, since the sleeve can spin along with the collar unless you hold it steady while twisting.
