The Vulcan Prime is a heavy-duty flat bench that can give you the support and comfort you need to hit your heaviest presses. 17" height from the floor allows good scapular retraction and lordotic curve of the lumbar regions to support heavy bench pressing. The thick and tactile vinyl pad ensures you have excellent contact with the weight bench surface to eliminate any power leaks or dangerous slips. The Prime 3 x 3 design allows firm foot plants on the floor without encumbrance from the bench feet to generate maximum power for supine or upright pressing movements. Wide laser cut steel footplate offers more stability and eliminates the flexion that rubber bench feet have under heavy loads.
