43" Fat/Skinny Pullup Bar

Rogue’s 43” Fat/Skinny Pull-Up Bar is a crossmember for Infinity Series and Monster Lite Series rigs that combines two grip widths in one bar: a 2” OD “fat” bar on one side and a 1.25” OD “skinny” bar on the other. Flip it to choose which one faces down — only the bottom-facing bar is usable for pull-ups, since the top bar sits out of the way to avoid hitting your face. Made in the USA from 7-gauge steel with a 500+ lb capacity, it mounts to uprights with 5/8” holes. It’s offered only in the 43” width (fits one person at a time), unlike Rogue’s 70” parallel bar option; mounting hardware is sold separately.

What is a Rack Attachment?

What rack attachments are

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.

Compatibility comes first

An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

This Infinity/Monster Lite crossmember packs two grip options into one 43” bar: flip it to put the 2” fat bar on the bottom for extra grip work, or flip it again for the 1.25” skinny bar when you want a standard pull-up feel. Functionality is the strength — the two-in-one design covers a real gap in most home rigs at a modest footprint, though you can only do pull-ups on whichever bar faces down at a given time, and it’s only offered in the 43” width (no 70” option for side-by-side use). Build quality looks solid on paper (7-gauge steel, made in the USA, 500+ lb capacity), but independent coverage is thin: no dedicated expert review or community discussion turned up, so the verdict leans on a modest GymRadar sample and Rogue’s own on-site rating, which per this project’s standards is a manufacturer claim rather than independent proof.

  • +Functionality: two grip widths in one crossmember — flip for a 2" fat bar or 1.25" skinny bar — without buying two separate bars (manufacturer product page)
  • +Versatility: works on both Infinity Series and Monster Lite Series rigs with 5/8" mounting holes (manufacturer product page)
  • +Build quality: 7-gauge steel, made in the USA, rated 500+ lb capacity (manufacturer product page)
  • +Functionality: mounted at the right height, you clear the top bar entirely and can't hit your face performing pull-ups on the bottom bar (Rogue Fitness, YouTube)
  • Value: no independent expert review or community discussion was found; the verdict rests on a 13-review GymRadar sample and the manufacturer's own on-site rating, not third-party testing
  • Functionality: only available in the 43" width, so unlike the 70" parallel bar option it fits one person at a time and can't be used for bar muscle-ups (Rogue Fitness, YouTube)
  • Versatility: only the bottom-facing bar is usable for pull-ups at any given time — using the other grip means unbolting and flipping the whole crossmember (Rogue Fitness, YouTube)
  • Durability: hardware for mounting is sold separately, an easy-to-miss added cost/step at install (manufacturer product page)
