5 KG Pair Technique Weight Plates

The Technique Weight Plates are offered in a pair of 2.5 KG and 5 KG to train lifters to concentrate on technique without adding the extra weight of heavier bumpers. These lightweight discs are made from a high-density proprietary blend of polymers explicitly developed for long-lasting performance. Each plate features the same 450mm outside diameter as a standard full-size Olympic plate, only lighter, making it easier for a novice athlete to transition to heavy plates.
