Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
The Rogue AM-2 Adjustable Monolift 2.0 is a rack-mounted monolift for Monster Series power racks and rigs, giving lifters a way to unrack and re-rack heavy squats and bench presses without walking the bar out or fighting J-cups. Version 2.0 refines the original design with a lighter, better-balanced build (about 24.5 lb per side, down from 32 lb), a more compact footprint, and a stainless steel locking key that lets the hooks double as standard J-cups when the monolift function isn’t needed. Height adjusts in 2” increments via quick-release detent pins, and a “backstop” bolt above each hook keeps the arm from swinging too far out during setup. It’s tested to a 1,000+ lb capacity and made in the USA from 0.25”/0.375” steel with UHMW plastic lining the full contact channel to protect both bar knurling and rack uprights.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The AM-2 is a compact, well-engineered adjustable monolift built for Rogue’s Monster Series racks and rigs, and independent coverage backs up the manufacturer’s own strong on-site rating. Functionality stands out: a 2” quick-pin height adjustment, a 5.5” hook swing-back for clearance, and a stainless locking key that lets it double as a standard J-cup. Build quality is the other highlight — 0.25”/0.375” USA steel with UHMW plastic lining the entire contact channel (not just the hook), a lighter re-engineered center of mass versus the original AM-2, and a noticeably more compact footprint than rival adjustable monolifts like REP’s. The weakest dimension is value: at roughly $400+, it costs more than off-the-shelf alternatives, and reviewers note a couple of minor refinement gaps (the detent pin doesn’t seat as snugly as it could, and adjustment increments are locked to 2” rather than 1”).
