Monster Multi-use Lat Seat

The Rogue Monster Multi-Use Lat Seat is a heavy-duty rack-mounted attachment that adds a wide range of cable and dumbbell training options to your Rogue CTM-1 Functional Trainer or Monster power rack. Along with traditional lat pulldowns, the seat can be used as a back or chest support for exercises like chest-supported cable or dumbbell rows, seated dumbbell shoulder presses, bent-over curls, incline dumbbell flys, and dumbbell rear delt flys, as well as lower body movements like standing leg curls and leg extensions. The secure, play-free connection—made with a threaded 1” pin and Monster Knurled Knob—provides the stability needed for accessory work, all within a compact, rack-mounted design.
