Buy NowOptional Spotter Deck Add-On - Whether you're ordering a new Adjustable Bench 2.0 or want to upgrade an existing one, Rogue is now offering an optional 0.1875" thick, diamond-tread steel Spotter Deck, which you can mount to the unit using the provided hardware. Optional Vertical Storage Bracket Add-On - This 3/16” thick laser-cut and formed steel bracket is designed to bolt onto the Rogue Adjustable Bench, enabling users to store the bench vertically when not in use. The bracket includes a laser-cut Rogue “R” logo and a UHMW pad on the end to prevent metal from making contact with the floor when stored. -
A weight bench is the platform for pressing, supported rows, and seated accessory work — the second-most-used piece in most gyms after the rack. Broadly there are two kinds: flat benches (fixed and ultra-stable) and adjustable/FID benches (the back and seat pivot through flat, incline, and decline angles for versatility).
Buy a flat bench if you mostly bench and want maximum stability for the least money; buy an adjustable if you want one bench to cover incline presses, shoulder work, and more. Either way, prioritize a high weight rating, thick steel, and a firm, grippy pad.

This SKU covers Rogue’s two add-ons for the (now-discontinued) Adjustable Bench 2.0 — the diamond-tread Spotter Deck and the Vertical Storage Bracket — rather than the bench itself, and none of the expert or video sources gathered review the accessories directly; they cover the base bench, which multiple outlets (Garage Gym Reviews, Garage Gym Lab, Garage Gym Experiment) call outstandingly stable but pricier and narrower-padded than rivals like the REP AB-5200. Judged on specs alone, both accessories use the same 11-gauge steel and UHMW-protected construction as the bench they mount to, a reasonable proxy for build quality and durability. We’re keeping the score conservative and the take short until direct owner feedback on the spotter deck or storage bracket themselves turns up.
