Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0 - Accessories
This SKU covers Rogue's two add-ons for the (now-discontinued) Adjustable Bench 2.0 — the diamond...
REP’s original Adjustable Bench Leg Roller Attachment bolts onto the rectangular receiver tubing found on the AB-5000, AB-5100, and BlackWing benches, turning a flat-incline bench into a true FID (flat-incline-decline) setup. It slides into the end of the bench and locks down with a tightening knob, unlocking decline sit-ups, decline presses, decline flyes, and (flipped around) Nordic curls. Construction is 11-gauge steel with foam-padded rollers, matching the build of the host bench. Owners and reviewers consistently note it does its job without breaking, but the rollers are stiff and require partial disassembly with an Allen key to adjust, and there’s no grab handle to assist getting in and out of deep sit-up positions – both addressed in REP’s newer “2.0” version of this attachment, a separate catalog item. It is not compatible with benches that lack the rectangular receiver tubing, such as the base AB-3000.

A weight bench is the platform for pressing, supported rows, and seated accessory work — the second-most-used piece in most gyms after the rack. Broadly there are two kinds: flat benches (fixed and ultra-stable) and adjustable/FID benches (the back and seat pivot through flat, incline, and decline angles for versatility).
Buy a flat bench if you mostly bench and want maximum stability for the least money; buy an adjustable if you want one bench to cover incline presses, shoulder work, and more. Either way, prioritize a high weight rating, thick steel, and a firm, grippy pad.

REP’s original Leg Roller Attachment does one job — bolt decline capability onto a BlackWing or Nighthawk bench — and most owners say it works, if unremarkably. Build quality is solid 11-gauge steel that matches the bench it mounts to, and nobody reports it breaking, but the rollers themselves draw consistent criticism: reviewers call them hard, stiff, and awkward to adjust without an Allen key. Value is the split dimension here — REP’s own site rating (4.8/5) is far rosier than GymRadar’s independent 3.42/5, and a striking number of owners admit they rarely use the attachment after buying it, with several saying they’d hold out for the newer 2.0 instead.
