Bodybuilder Towel Strap

Spud designed the 1.5" Bodybuilder Towel Strap after Date Tate of Elite FTS reminded him old school powerlifters doing pull ups with a towel, the ends wrapped in duct tape to make handles. Our version of the towel strap is just a little bit nicer, built from an extremely durable webbing that won't give out with heavy use and featuring 2 rubber-coated steel handles for comfort and strength, and made in the USA!

Cable attachments are the handles and bars that clip to a cable machine, functional trainer, or lat/row station to change the exercise — lat bars, triceps ropes, single-D handles, row/close-grip handles, ankle straps, and more. A small set of them turns one cable stack into dozens of movements.

What to look for

A rotating swivel or ball-bearing joint keeps the cable from twisting and lets the handle track your arm; comfortable, durable grips (knurled metal, rubber, or coated nylon) survive heavy use; and a standard carabiner or snap fits most machines. Match the attachment to the exercises you actually train rather than buying a giant kit you won’t use.
