The Ironmaster Crunch Situp Attachment turns the Ironmaster Super Bench into a dedicated ab and decline-press station. It slides into the spine of the bench and locks via a pull pin, with six locator holes for adjusting the length to fit different user heights. Elevated, foam-covered knee rollers hold the lifter in place for crunches, sit-ups, and steep decline presses, an integrated grab handle assists getting in and out of position, and the setup also supports Nordic curl variations. It’s chrome-constructed with black foam rollers (grip vinyl roller covers included and pre-installed) and compatible with all Ironmaster Super Bench models, including the original, PRO, and PRO V2 – the bench itself is sold separately.
