Add more weight to your stack machines. 304 stainless steel tube build like our plate holders. (1.88") Round so they fit and work calibrated plates! Tig welded Solid 304 bar rod and end caps. Tubes are 6 inch in length. Pin length is 4 inch long and will work with most and all weight stacks.

Cable attachments are the handles and bars that clip to a cable machine, functional trainer, or lat/row station to change the exercise — lat bars, triceps ropes, single-D handles, row/close-grip handles, ankle straps, and more. A small set of them turns one cable stack into dozens of movements.

What to look for

A rotating swivel or ball-bearing joint keeps the cable from twisting and lets the handle track your arm; comfortable, durable grips (knurled metal, rubber, or coated nylon) survive heavy use; and a standard carabiner or snap fits most machines. Match the attachment to the exercises you actually train rather than buying a giant kit you won’t use.
