The lateral raise is one of the most butchered exercises in the gym. The LCA Handle fixes it. Standard cable attachments for lateral raises put your wrist in a neutral or downward position throughout the movement — which tilts the loading away from the lateral deltoid at the exact moment you need it most. The LCA Handle positions your forearm inside a rigid support structure, locking the wrist angle and ensuring the cable load travels directly through the shoulder, not around it. The result is a cleaner movement path, better deltoid isolation, and the ability to load the exercise properly without compensating with momentum or losing form at heavier weights. Your shoulders will feel it in a way a rope or D-handle never delivers.
Cable attachments are the handles and bars that clip to a cable machine, functional trainer, or lat/row station to change the exercise — lat bars, triceps ropes, single-D handles, row/close-grip handles, ankle straps, and more. A small set of them turns one cable stack into dozens of movements.
A rotating swivel or ball-bearing joint keeps the cable from twisting and lets the handle track your arm; comfortable, durable grips (knurled metal, rubber, or coated nylon) survive heavy use; and a standard carabiner or snap fits most machines. Match the attachment to the exercises you actually train rather than buying a giant kit you won’t use.
