Utilizing our triple eye loops on the curl arm attachment, you can hook the multi-strap and do seated rows, rope curls, triceps push-downs, upright rows, and countless more exercises! You can utilize the strap at either of its dual loops for shorter or longer grip distance, or hook the high quality handles for exercises demanding of them.
