This attachment is similar to the classic rope cable attachment. However, this one will provide a more solid feel and connection to the targeted muscle. Traditional ropes tend to twist and bend in your hands. By having a firm steel handle to grip, our “not-a-rope” gives a more positive feel than the traditional rope.
