Stray Dog Strength Decline Bench

Designed with a 14″ wide pad to be very supportive while doing movements from either the decline or flat position. The bench has 4 rollers to lock your legs in which can also be used for split squats and other exercises. This bench is a great dumbbell area bench as it can be used as both a Flat and Decline bench.

Broadly there are two kinds: flat benches (fixed and ultra-stable) and adjustable/FID benches (the back and seat pivot through flat, incline, and decline angles for versatility).

Which to choose

Buy a flat bench if you mostly bench and want maximum stability for the least money; buy an adjustable if you want one bench to cover incline presses, shoulder work, and more. Either way, prioritize a high weight rating, thick steel, and a firm, grippy pad.
