The TRI-GRIPS Cones are an improvement on the standard tricep ropes in every way. The handles are a solid rubber construction and the cone design forces you to grip firmly, activating the tricep more effectively. Overhead extensions with the Tri Grips are great, allowing your arms to follow a natural path above you. This allows you to train your tricep through the largest range of motion possible. Face pulls and hammer curls are also brilliant with the Tri Grips cones too, even for bigger athletes!
Cable attachments are the handles and bars that clip to a cable machine, functional trainer, or lat/row station to change the exercise — lat bars, triceps ropes, single-D handles, row/close-grip handles, ankle straps, and more. A small set of them turns one cable stack into dozens of movements.
A rotating swivel or ball-bearing joint keeps the cable from twisting and lets the handle track your arm; comfortable, durable grips (knurled metal, rubber, or coated nylon) survive heavy use; and a standard carabiner or snap fits most machines. Match the attachment to the exercises you actually train rather than buying a giant kit you won’t use.
