The RX3 Center Post is Get RXd’s fix for a recurring complaint from its own rack owners: there was no way to do lat pulldowns or chest-supported rows centered between the uprights without buying duplicate side-mount attachments. It’s an L-shaped stub of 11-gauge, 75x75mm steel tube that bolts to a single upright with two 1” (25mm) chrome pins and knurled nuts, landing a mounting surface dead center of the rack so pads and seats that normally hang off one post can pull from both weight stacks at once. Offset 1” (26mm) holes at 2” (50mm) spacing on all four faces let it carry the RX3 Optimus Pad, Lat Pulldown Seat, Seal Row Pad, and Lat Pull/Low Row Pad in various configurations. It measures 23” W x 15” H x 9” D, finished in black powder coat with a laser-cut logo plate. The two-hole mounting pattern is metric-only and geometrically centered for a 42” interior, so it fits Get RXd RX3 and Titan Fitness racks but will not mount to an imperial 3x3 rack at all. The post alone does nothing — it’s designed to carry a separate pad, seat, or roller attachment purchased on top of it.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The RX3 Center Post is an L-shaped stub of 11-gauge, 75x75mm tube that bolts to one upright and lands a mounting surface dead center of the rack, so pads and seats that normally hang off a single post can finally sit in the middle and pull from both cable stacks. Functionality and value are the standout dimensions: The Jungle Gym Reviews calls it “their coolest, most unique, most functional and also the cheapest attachment that provides the most value,” and GymRadar’s small panel scores Value a perfect 5.00 against 4.67 for both Performance and Build Quality. Versatility is the weakest dimension, and it is a hard limit rather than a quibble — the two-hole mounting pattern is metric-only (1”/26mm holes at 50mm spacing, centered for a 42” interior), so it fits Get RXd RX3 and Titan racks and simply will not go on an imperial 3x3. Budget for the pads too: on its own the post does nothing, and the pieces it carries — the RX3 Optimus Pad, the RX3 Lat Pull and Low Row Pad, the RX3 Optimus Back Pad — each cost more than it does. Independent evidence is genuinely thin (three GymRadar ratings, two reviewer channels, no independent Reddit thread), so treat the enthusiasm as promising rather than proven.
